• Began Martial Arts at the age of 10 • Focused on Tae-Kwon-Do, Karate, Muay Thai Kick-Boxing • Modern Arnis, Wing-Tsun and Ninjutsu Skills • Black Belt, Championship “German Champion `91” • Skill Enhancement within Germany and the USA • Development of own self-defense concept “WoSeDe” • Skill Enhancement Social Work, Animal Assisted Action • Co-Operation with civic Institution, pedagogues etc. • Teaching WoSeDe from 1992 since today • Teaching WoSeDe nationwide for civic institution (e.g. schools, youth centres, Equal Opportunity Commissioner, Youth Welfare offices etc.)
